She really kept up with how the market was changing. Anticipating things we’re going to pick up, she recommended that we prepare an offer to present at a showing. The seller’s agent said they had 20 people come through to view the condo before us, but since we got the first offer in, we got the condo! Ultimately, I don’t think we would have got the condo if Sheena hadn’t suggested this and we could very well be renting right now since inventory was very limited when we were looking.
