Well the Spring Market has arrived early and it’s crazy.  Prices are rising as limited supply, low interest rates and high demand are driving this Seller’s market – we are back to multiple offers and those offers often have no subjects.   I do see an increase in inventory in the past week so this may cause things to slow down a wee bit.
